Congratulations Class of 2011!

Graduation is a time of excitement, reflection, and looking to the future! My brother, and I are graduating this week, and could not be happier!!! I have been blessed with so much love and support in my life. My parents, my siblings, and the love of my life have been in my corner, rooting me on for the past four years. I could not have gotten this far without them.

If you have a new graduate in your life... a child, sibling, friend... they are feeling they same way; Thrilled to be finished with school, and grateful for those cheering them on.

Giant Marshmallows!

I went to Target to do some grocery for my apartment today, and as always, I found myself in the candy isle. As I was browsing for inspiration, I saw the COOLEST thing ever!... GIANT MARSHMALLOWS :) The marshmallows only lasted an hour at the apt before excitement got the best of me! I ripped open the bag, melted some chocolate, and the rest is history...

Pastel Flower Oreo Pops



Crazy Apron is just getting off the ground, and has already been busy, busy! This past week was full of Easter baking. Our Easter Chicks (inspired by Bakerella), and pastel flower pops  were a big hit!

Easter Chick Pops

 My personal favorite for the holiday was a request from my mother. We made a Lemon Bundt Cake with a Lemony Cream Cheese Frosting and White Chocolate Drizzle. I have never been a huge fan of lemon desserts, but this cake is super moist, with just the right amount of lemon. YUM!
